Made a bit more progress on the army, but obviously I wanted to be able to play it in friendly games as well, so I decided a Vulkan would be the easiest way to do it. In 30k he will just be a Praetorian and in friendly games of 6th he can be Vulkan. Here is a step by step of how I did it.
